Tara White is a Senior Paralegal and Licensed Legal Paraprofessional at The Harris Law Firm in Colorado. When she was younger, she always wanted a legal career. At first, she thought she should be an attorney but ultimately felt drawn to paralegal work. In this role, she can use her natural talent for organization and problem-solving to the benefit of clients and team members alike. With a paralegal career that spans more than 17 years, she can’t be surprised by any complication or challenge that arises.
With two children of her own, Tara feels a connection to clients who are going through family law cases that involve children, like child custody and child support cases. She is able to compassionately help clients and better understand their situations, which helps them feel heard and respected.
To stay involved with her community and support people in need, Tara is certified by Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). As a certified CASA member, she can be court-appointed to act as an advocate for abused or neglected children who must appear in court, such as for some child support or domestic violence cases.
Tara was born in raised in Washington but moved to Colorado in 2012. She is happily married and has two teenage daughters.
