Jennifer Latham is a Paralegal at The Harris Law Firm who delivers client-focused support to clients facing a range of divorce and family law matters.
A third-generation Colorado native, Jennifer grew up in Littleton and attended the University of Northern Colorado to study music as a Vocal Performance major. She was ultimately drawn to a career in law, and the field of family law in particular, because it afforded her the ability to help people pursue positive resolutions when facing trying and tumultuous times.
As a Paralegal, Jennifer’s approach is shaped by both her extensive training and her own personal experiences with a turbulent childhood. She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate difficult transitions and, having always remembered what it felt like to feel frightened and uncertain about the future, always looking for ways to minimize conflict and complexities in cases involving divorce, child custody, and other matters that deeply affect children.
As a member of The Harris Law Firm legal team, Jennifer works tirelessly to support our attorneys in processing clients’ cases in an efficient and cost-effective manner. In addition to being organized and detail-oriented, she is known for creating meaningful working relationships built on trust and communication, and for her ability to keenly assess client queues to mirror their energy. Clients appreciate her willingness to establish open dialogues that allow them to uncover critical details about their situations, needs, and goals, explain foreign legal concepts and processes in easy-to-understand terms, and handle their cases with care and compassion.
When she’s not advocating for clients, Jennifer enjoys camping and traveling with her husband. Having provided a liver donation to a family member in 2012, she is also passionate about organ donation and regularly participates in fundraising and community building events hosted by Donor Alliance.
